   @charliedontsurf Helmets are normaly compulsory but policemen barely issue fine for this. However most of helmets are ineffective and even unsafe. Some people even consider protection against sun more important than wearing helmets. Thus they wear so much clothes and big sunglasses that they are just able to see straight ahead. There is a specific term for the late people in Vietnam: "Ninja". Speeding on vietnamese road is definitely dangerous. Did I mentionned that too few people use wing mirror...
