recreational spots in caracas

la cota mil or avenida boyacá is an important avenue -only for cars- in caracas, venezuela. it's an alternate way to relief the traffic in the city but it is closed on sundays, and people go there to ride bikes, do skateboarding and gravity, ride bikes, jog, or simply walk the dog next to the most important mountain of the city.
