That cool fountain was actually a sewage treatment pond.

I went for a walk in Washington Irving Park in Bixby, Oklahoma yesterday with the 166U.

A gorgeous sunny Saturday with temps around 70f, the only problem was the wind. It was gusting so hard I had extra trouble holding still to shoot.

Great series of albums. In particular R4 and R1 are those I love most. They include the shots with the best contrasts I´d say. But in fact, almost all of the fotos are adorable :)

@schugger, thank you for your likes and comments! I had a fun time shooting this series. I used 3 different films and two different developers, trying to match films to the developers that worked best for them. As I shot these, it was gorgeous and the sky was amazing blue. I thought that "I should have brought color film" but then I saw the shots adn realized the BW was really a nice choice. I think the park and the bridge made a great Lomo Location as well.

I am a total colour freak, using B/W only seldom...but with this series I fully agree - it´´s amazing what B/W film can do if using it properly. I don´t miss any colour here, I can still see the wonderful weather and in addition the images are somewhat sharper or more detailed (I can´t express what I mean in English...sucks) in B/W than they would have been in colour. Or not so "disturbed"...I don´t know...I hope you understand somehow what I mean...:)

@schugger I think your English is better then most Americans. :D I started on BW film as a teenager, so it has a special place in my heart. And it's also much easier to develop BW then color, along with having lots of cool variations of looks based on the film and developer combo you use. I do love color, I just tend to go to BW for my comfort so to speak. :D

Thanks man, good to know that you can understand at least ;-) I have no history with B/W, I have not even an analogue history..loool...still feel like a newbie. But who cares, I have fun and there is so much to see what inspires me, thats all I want :-D and sometimes there are those woooow effects...
