Ilford Delta and the light leaks

First black and white film in my LCA. Still no light seals. Will probably put some in soon or make some removable seals for next time I want some leaks. Starting to get some more frequent exposure issues. The shutters sometimes do not close until I release my finger from the button.

I sent you a few PMs about the issues with the LCA. But I thought I'd also touch on the comment in the desc for these shots. It's normal behavior for the shutter to stay open while your finger is on the button if the camera thinks that it has not yet received enough light to have a properly exposed shot. If the light is more then ample and the film speed is not crazy slow, it should be nearly instant or instant. If it's staying open longer, it is possible your ISO setting disc is not getting all the way turned into place, and the amount of light coming is is then restricted, making it think it needs to stay open longer to get the light it needs. I'd take it out on a bright day w no film in the camera and the back open, set the ISO to 400 and take a bunch of test shots to see if it clicks open and closed instantly. Then change the ISO to 200, repeat, 100, repeat etc. When you get to 25 it should be a little slower since it's compensating for the speed it thinks teh film is and even on a bright day it could still be a tad delayed before it shuts. If this happens, aim it directly at the sun so there's no doubt that it has enough light and see if the shutter closes faster. This will give you a better idea of where the trouble lies. If this does indeed speed up the shutter, aim it at the sun again and put your finger over the ISO light window just above the ISO # on the front and snap a shot. It should stay open until you pull your finger away. Try this w all speed settings too.

Also make sure your A switch is set to A and not to an individual aperture setting. I've bumped mine a few times when out walking/shooting, forcing the camera into 1/50th of a sec shutter mode and causing problems.

If you've tried all of this already and or knew all of this already, I apologize. I am just trying to toss some thoughts on what might be the issue to you. And it's midnight and I am tired so hopefully this makes sense.
