What is that? Some island of chalk?

@neufotomacher This is Mohonk Mountain House in the Shawangunk Ridge in the Catskill Region on NY's Hudson Valley. The region is rich in marble and limestone. The body of water is Lake Mohonk. Taken during an arial tour (I was co-pilot) way before drone photos were available.
