End Of The Line

Nothing more than a test roll from a Yashica ME. Lovely little camera. I do prefer rangefinders over scale-focus but with a bit of time and using a hot-show rangefinder, they work fine. Bright viewfinder, bright paralax correction lines and a lovely read-out of F number and shutter speed. This could be another popular camera for me along with the Fujica GEr and Minolta Hi-Matic F (not to mention the QL17)

Yashica ME is beautiful camera, with beautiful lens 😍😍😍
A few days ago I bought two cameras for 99 dinars (about 0.85€), a Lomo Smena 8M and a Yashica ME black version, on the Yashica I cleaned the battery contacts with vinegar and now both cameras work perfectly 🙂 including postage I paid 469 dinars for these two cameras, that's about 4 € 😊
Smena is loaded with Fujichrome Sensia 100, with an expired date of use of 2005, I will take it to the laboratory for development in the C-41 process. I just want to tell you Dean, how do you control the GAS when you can buy two cool cameras for very little money? I can't resist 😊

@vozac100posto Thanx for the comment. G. A. S. When I first saw the phrase, I thought it was a bit tongue-in-cheek but it's not. It's serious and I need to stop lol. The Smena I was looking at only yesterday. That and a Cosmic Symbol but I decided NO. But I have got my eyes on a Hi-Matic 7. I don't need it. Anyway, the little ME is a wonderful little camera and am about to load a roll of Lomo 100 (kodak when alls said and done. Anyway have a fab weekend 👍😁
