LomoKino LomoAmigo Lina Steén Talks About Gloriously Analogue

She is pretty young for someone who has achieved much. But there are no problems with that, so don’t you worry! Just prepare yourself for lovely photographs and a pretty impressive LomoKino movie!

Lina mostly works with a digital camera but fell in love with the LomoKino among first sight! And for a first-timer, her results were not bad! She currently has a media company that mostly does photography — something she is very passionate about. Come and know more about this Swedish lad in our interview!

First of all, tell us about yourself. What do you do for a living? What are your interests?

I am a 20 year old girl who runs my own media company, so that I can be working with photography and film that I really enjoy. I love animals, my family, friends and my wonderful boyfriend. I don’t like onions and I like to make the world a little nicer place.

How did you come across with Lomography? What do you like most about it?

I was contacted by Lomography and thought it would be great to test one of their cameras. I liked opening the package with the camera and found the coolest manual I have ever seen. Then I like how the pictures from the camera are, the natural light leakage and the color.

What are the analogue cameras That You own and what is your favorite?

I only have one analog camera, and it is the Lomokino from Lomography. Otherwise, I shoot with my Canon EOS 7d.

Your boyfriend takes part in the movie and in your blog we imagine he is a very important person for you. Tell us something about him. Do you work together?

My boyfriend Victor is a very important person in my life and we do often make movies and take pictures together and I am very inspired by working with him.

Why did you choose “Gloriously Analogue” as a title of your movie?

I did not know what to name the movie but I found the text “Gloriously Analogue” on the camera and thought it was a perfect name.

Could you share with us the story / stories behind your Lomokino movie?

The story is very simple. The theme is love and happiness.
