Wierd defect of a shot in my room

Ive no idea whats wrong here but while taking a shot of part of my room the film has gone rather wierd.

Sometimes I get these shots and I hate myself. You got to watch out when you roll your film. Sometimes too fast or too slow will cause major scratches. There's also film handling. Sometimes developing it may cause problems because film is so delicate.
