Machu Pichu

Of course I had to visit Machu Pichu when I was in Peru and it did not disappoint. The weather was not the best but by the afternoon the clouds cleared and I was able to get some nice pics.

I don't think it is a Wonder of the World, but wow, what an interesting habitat.

Apparently, in 2007, Machu Picchu was voted one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in a worldwide Internet poll. Regardless of attaining WOW status, it certainly is an amazing site to set foot on.
