Como, primavera 2019. Tutte le fontanelle sono state chiuse e subito è iniziata una lodevole iniziativa di sensibilizzazione e di protesta come potete vedere dai fogliettini attaccati a qualche erogatore. La segnalazione ha avuto successo: recentemente sono state riaperte.

How many liters of drinking water are running down the drain per 1 fontanella per day? Or are they on/off or is waste water used? That would also be an intersting point to know.
