    Yes, it used to be a good reliable brand even or especially in czechoslovakian times.

    I had one old rusted octavia combi with many holes about 18 years ago. I taught to drive in this old whip before I joined the driving school :) we cruised through my grandmother's village and the surrounding fields and forests with my younger brother like bosses... careless times
