defenitively one of my fave lenses ever! the Zenit Helios 44M here in couple with a light Canon Eos 300 thanx to a 42 to Eos adapter, you have to focus manually without any camera help but who care?

Wonderful album!! I've got a #403 UVA filter, and some flowers have guide marks for bees that show in UVA. I'm going to try to photograph that soon! Any suggestions??

@herbert-4 thank you so much my dear friend! I'm very sorry but I can't help you with your #403 UVA filter! I'm very ignorant about it! :)

Anyway, I'm going to try ORWO TC27. It's wide sensitivity film. The light meter in my old Topcon responds with old single coated lens 5.8cm lens through the #403 filter, so I'll bracket and see what happens. There are uncoated quartz superapochromatic lenses out there for UV, costing ~US$5500, like from UKA Optics on T-mounts, but at that price, they're for governments and corporations. Focus is problematic, so small aperture and tripod is necessary. Enjoy!! Herb
