Acquired off eBay for 99p plus postage. A basic, although sophisticated SLR without interchangeable lens.

Hi! May I know how to put lens on iS100? I can't find a tutorial anywhere. Thanks!

the iS series have fixed zoom lens. They are not interchangeable; but it is obviously a genuine SLR. They are automatic cameras with a degree of user control. In the UK they tend to be very cheap compared with a compact 35mm of the same age, or with an interchangeable lens SLR. It is still an Olympus and no doubt has the same SLR mechanism as an OM! I am no expert but the zoom lens is pretty good too. It is really the pinnacle of the fully auto film camera and tend to have been bought by people who did not use them a lot. When new they were not cheap. Generally a second hand one will be much less used than a genuine SLR.
