Although Dubai never was on a top of my travel list, I have no regrets of going there! had a wonderful time! wanna go back !
2 of my good friends have moved there last year. Both of them work in the restaurant business. She manages Dubai's top restaurant called Table 9, and he is a chief at Embassy ( Grosvenor House).
We stayed for 10 days, including Xmas and New Year's night. Loved it!
This was my first attempt at photographing light painting. I think I got the exposure time right to achieve a solid black background but unfortunately this came at a loss of artistic skill. As a light drawer my sister sucks! But it was fun to play with sparklers over Halloween! ..... I also for the first time used a tripod :)
I was taking my pics for the swap with @SUIZIDEKID , and the temptation was stronger- I had a great model, so I HAD to take some pics "for me" too :P
I only used a small continue light and a black background

inspired by a photoshoped picture i saw on tumblr i thought i could probably do this in an analogue way. my first try but it didn´t turn out the way the other pic was - but hey, this is analogue not photoshop. anyway i really like the ghost shot a lot. many thanks to a guy named flo (and his girlfriend) who passed by at the puddle and helped me taking this double.
Dolphins are swimming in the early spring sky.
Shot dolphins first at an aquarium. After finished whole a roll I set it again into LC-A and then start shooting at an amusement park. There are only a few nice results and this is the best one. Tough challenge but worth trying :)
1st day out in 2012, at the motu (little sand island in the lagoon) with a friends boat for a little picnic and relaxing afternoon. I shot with the Krab and noticed it gave the picture a strange light reflection at the bottom of each shot...
