Los Caballeros

Hi, I'm a beginner at this lomo thing. I've used film before. I'm a bit disappointed with how my photos turned out though. And the lens on my Fisheye is blocking the flash on my photos. How do i take better photos with this camera? Is the film ISO a big factor? I hope you can all give me tips.
