現在は閉鎖されており施設がそのまま残されています。
とても有名な場所で、映画のロケ、ミュージシャンのPV撮影等にも使われているそうです。
福島第一原発からは直線で40kmほどの位置です。
この日は案内していただいたロモグラファーの友人の手配により特別に敷地内を見学させてもらいました。
あまり時間がありませんでしたが、一日中撮影していたいぐらい素敵な場所でした。
