Peliti & Olympic Seed festival
The “Peliti Seed Festival” and “Olympic Seed Festival” are two festivals which both transfer a positive message regarding the planet. We unite all the positive activities globally regarding seed, water and earth conservation.
The First “Peliti Seed Festival” took place in 1999 and is the first, in Greece, distribution of free traditional seeds to the public.
The organization of the “Olympic Seed Festival” was proposed by Peliti, during the world-wide People’s Assembly for the Future of our Food and Planet, in Hague, on 14-16 of October 2016, under the support of Navdanya and the Seedfreedom. The First “Olympic Seed Festival” took place in the “Land of Peliti”, in Greece, from 19 to 22 of April 2017.
The “Olympic Seed Festival” will take place, on the Land of Peliti in combination with the “Peliti Seed Festival”, once a year.
We all are great and important and through our daily thoughts and actions we form the future of the planet. Every day, we bring into reality, our solidarity towards all living beings and the nature around us.
