Yes it's! It's called the Infinity Pool :) I saw photos of it, it's virtually like the water/pool ends and the sky begins! But it only for Hotel Guests.
But, the Sky Park is open to Public, S$20 to go up. I am thinking of going up! Are you coming to Singapore anytime soon?? :)
