@CROSSCHANNEL Yes. It was called Dacia Brasovia Sport. "Brasovia" from the city was built in: Brasov, Romania and "Sport" for the obvious reason. It was in production for a few years, that's why it's a rare thing to see.
I find it a very beautiful car though.

@SYSTEMDEVICE Thanks for the background information. I have been to Brasov many moons ago. I too find the car nice and this one is a very good condition.
