in 2001 Kim Jong Il discovered a waterfall, fingers crossed. According to the sound it makes it has been baptized Ulim, which means Echo. To celebrate and elevate this astounding achievement there has been built a little plateau plate, which marks the very point the great general gazed at the beauty of Ulim.
