Ithaca Falls

I vacationed in Ithaca, NY during the first week of August while Teesha was attending an art retreat in Moravia, NY. I had a week to bum around and explore. I fell in love with this area. It is stunning. There are waterfalls everywhere here. The Temperature was high nineties to just over a hundred deg F....and the water was a warm 74 deg F. These falls in this album were right in Ithaca, at the base of Cornell University. This whole area was amazingly unpretentious, and cool. I met so many friendly people here, all over the city and in the country too. I visited Ithaca Falls on a Saturday, in 97 deg weather....it was beautiful out...and there was hardly anyone there. This was so amazing to me...in Seattle, there would be thousands here. I loved the tranquility of it. I will definately be heading back as soon as I can.
