It is "Monumen Selamat Datang". It is considering more or less as the center of Downtown with "Monumen Nasional" aka Monas.
This roundabout is crowded at every important event. Used to cross it every day for three years. Lot of memories :)

@belokkiri Thanks! It was really exciting to stroll around the city, that sometimes felt like a ant hill ;-)
