We talked to lab manager Sofía Gana and asked some Lomography questions:

Which one is your favourite Lomography camera and why?
It is a quite recent camera, but I will say that the Konstruktor is my favorite. Once the mystery product was presented to the world, I was amazed with the idea of building a 35mm reflex cam from scratch!!! For someone so fond of DIY things, these camera was just a perfect match! It took me 91 minutes to build it. I sat with everything on front, and ordered it so i didn’t lose anything. I even registered the process :) Once ready, I put a 400 ASA film and enjoyed shooting for the first time this reflex beauty. Really amazed with the results!!!

What’s the weirdest Lomographic moment you’ve ever had?
We have had a lot of older people coming by that get really happy to have their pics in paper again. One of these, once got staring at a La Sardina Splendour for a long while and ask me if it was a modern version of an Irwin Kandor! Then he told me that his great father came from Europe with one of dose cameras so he new it from a kid, but during the 90-s the 127mm film was discontinued so he forgot the cam and it got lost :(

What is the nerdiest question you’ve ever been asked in your shop?
Mmmm… I don´t know if it is the weirdest, but we get a lot of questions regarding the number of MegaPixels of the LomoCameras!!!

Where is the best place to shoot some Lomographic masterpieces in your city?
Personally I think that the City Center is the most appealing spot in town. Not only the well known areas like Bellas Artes or Paris/Londres, but just walking around its street you can find really nice scenes and places to shoot!
