Weird Expired Experimental ISO 400 Film

I bought 16 rolls of this weird 35mm film off of a guy in Toronto. Each roll has only 12 exposures and it looks like the film has some pretty consistent light leaks along the bottom. It is hyper-saturated and grainy.
