白居寺 Palcho Monastery

In 2011, I took 6 lomo cameras and 30 rolls of films to Tibet on a journey of a lifetime. Still very new to shooting film, I wasted most of my materials especially when the altitude was high and the oxygen level was low.

After sieving through rolls and rolls out-of-focus or over-exposed frames with disappointment, my eyes landed on this one.

Suddenly, everything felt worth it.
